Welcome to PureFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website trypureflow.co (the "Site") and your purchase and use of PureFlow Pro and related products and content (collectively, the "Products"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. WHO WE ARE
The Site and Products are operated and sold by StitchAura LLC ("PureFlow," "we," "us"). Contact: help@trypureflow.co.
2. IMPORTANT HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
PureFlow Pro is a wellness device designed to support quieter nights and deeper sleep. Please read this section carefully:
– PureFlow Pro is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
– Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a serious medical condition. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, suspect you may have it (loud snoring with gasping, choking, or pauses in breathing), or are currently prescribed treatment such as CPAP, do not start, stop, or replace any treatment without consulting your physician.
– Nothing on this Site — including product descriptions, articles, emails, or customer reviews — is medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
– Do not use PureFlow Pro if you have an implanted electronic device (such as a pacemaker or defibrillator), are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, or have broken or irritated skin in the application area, unless your physician approves. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience irritation or discomfort.
– Individual results vary. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from the Site. The Products are intended for adult use only.
4. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
– All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
– We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
– We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, reseller activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
– Obvious pricing or typographical errors are not binding; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
– Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier; however, if a package is lost in transit, contact us at help@trypureflow.co and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
6. RETURNS & 90-NIGHT GUARANTEE
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy [link], which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary: PureFlow Pro is covered by a 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery, limited to one (1) device per customer/household, valid only for purchases made through trypureflow.co or authorized retail partners.
7. WARRANTY
PureFlow Pro is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, water immersion beyond the device's rating, normal cosmetic wear, or loss. To make a warranty claim, contact help@trypureflow.co with your order number. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT
You agree to use PureFlow Pro only as described in the included instructions and on the Site. The device is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the device, and do not use chargers or accessories other than those provided or approved by us.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product design, images, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to PureFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission. "PureFlow" and "PureFlow Pro" are trademarks of StitchAura LLC.
10. REVIEWS, PHOTOS & OTHER CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, or other content to us or tag us on social media ("User Content"), you grant PureFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that User Content for marketing and operational purposes, with attribution where practical. You represent that your User Content is truthful, reflects your genuine experience, and does not infringe any third party's rights. We may decline or remove User Content at our discretion.
11. SITE USE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission; (d) interfere with the Site's operation; or (e) purchase Products for unauthorized resale. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment processors and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) PUREFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold PureFlow harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Products.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
Please contact us first at help@trypureflow.co — most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and PureFlow agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Products shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. YOU AND PUREFLOW EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing help@trypureflow.co within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your state of residence mandatorily applies.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PureFlow regarding the Site and Products.
