At PureFlow, we believe you shouldn't have to pay for something that doesn't work for you. That's why every PureFlow Pro comes with our 90-Night Money-Back Guarantee — enough time to complete the full muscle-retraining program and see the results for yourself.

THE 90-NIGHT MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If you don't notice a meaningful improvement in your snoring within 90 nights of receiving your PureFlow Pro, we'll refund your full purchase price. No lengthy forms. No interrogation. No questions asked.

Here's how it works:

– Your 90 nights start on the day your order is delivered (based on carrier tracking).
– You can request a refund at any point within those 90 days — whether you've used the device for 5 nights or all 90.
– Yes, the guarantee applies to used devices. We know you can't test a sleep device without sleeping with it.
– The guarantee covers one (1) device per customer/household. For bundles, the guarantee applies to the full bundle when all items are returned.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email us at help@trypureflow.co with your order number and the email address used at checkout. That's genuinely all we need — though if you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we read every reply and use it to improve the product.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Ship the device back in any secure packaging. The original case helps but isn't required for refund eligibility.
4. Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

RETURN SHIPPING

We cover return shipping within the US. You'll receive a prepaid label — requesting a refund should cost you $0.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

– Orders outside the 90-day window (counted from delivery date).
– Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers (eBay, third-party marketplace sellers, etc.). The guarantee only applies to purchases from trypureflow.co and our authorized retail partners.
– Free promotional items and digital products (e.g., the 90-Day Sleep Program ebook) — these are yours to keep either way.
– Lost or stolen packages where delivery is confirmed by the carrier (we'll still work with you and the carrier to resolve these).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your PureFlow Pro arrives damaged, doesn't charge, or we shipped you the wrong item — that's on us, and it's handled separately from the 90-night guarantee:

– Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short description.
– We'll ship a free replacement immediately (no return required for verifiably defective units), or refund you in full — your choice.
– Beyond 30 days, defects in materials or workmanship are covered by our 1-year limited warranty.

HYGIENE & PRODUCT SAFETY NOTE

PureFlow Pro is a personal-use device worn on the skin. Returned devices are never resold or refurbished for resale. Returns are used solely for quality analysis and are then responsibly recycled.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within 24 hours of ordering), we'll cancel and refund it immediately. If it's already shipped, simply use the 90-night guarantee process above once it arrives.

EXCHANGES

PureFlow Pro comes in one universal size, so we don't run a traditional exchange program. If your device has an issue, see "Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items" above — we'll replace it free.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. For customers outside the US, statutory withdrawal/cooling-off rights in your country apply in addition to this policy.
